8. Popsicle Stick Pumpkin Door Hangers
Welcome trick-or-treaters to your home with a cheerful, kid-made pumpkin door hanger. Line up about eight to ten orange-painted popsicle sticks side-by-side. Glue two additional popsicle sticks diagonally across the back to hold the structure together securely. Once the glue is dry, flip the orange wooden plaque over. Cut out eyes, a nose, and a toothy grin from black felt or construction paper, and glue them to the front to create a classic jack-o’-lantern face. Glue a green pipe cleaner or a piece of brown felt to the top for the stem, and add a decorative green ribbon leaf.
