15. Flying Paper Plate Ghosts
Create dynamic, moving decorations with these simple paper plate flying ghosts. Take a white paper plate and draw a friendly or spooky ghost face in the center using black markers. Cut long, flowing tendrils of white tissue paper or crepe paper and glue them to the bottom edge of the plate. Attach a long piece of white yarn to the top of the plate.
