10. Paper Chain Halloween Garland
Keep little hands busy with a classic paper chain garland updated with a festive Halloween theme. Cut construction paper into strips about one inch wide and eight inches long, using classic holiday colors like orange, black, purple, and lime green. Before looping them together, kids can draw small spooky details on the strips, such as spiderwebs, tiny ghosts, or bats. Loop the first strip into a circle and secure the ends with a glue stick or tape.
