13. Paper Plate Witch Hats
Get ready for some witchy crafting fun by making wearable or hangable paper plate witch hats. For each hat, you will need one paper plate and a sheet of black construction paper. Paint the paper plate entirely black to serve as the hat’s brim. Roll the black construction paper into a cone shape, trimming the bottom so it sits flat, and secure it with tape or staples. Glue the cone to the center of the paper plate. To decorate, kids can wrap a bright purple or orange ribbon around the base of the cone and add a sparkling buckle cut from gold glitter paper. These hats make fantastic party table centerpieces, or you can punch holes in the sides and add elastic string to wear them.
