20. Spooky Handprint Spider Art
Capture a sweet memory with a spooky handprint spider keepsake that parents will treasure for years to come. Paint your child’s palms and four fingers (excluding the thumb) with black washable paint. Press one hand down on a piece of bright orange or purple cardstock, with the fingers pointing outward to represent the spider’s legs. Paint the hand again and press it down overlapping the palm of the first print, with the fingers pointing in the opposite direction. This creates a perfect spider body with eight legs. Once the paint dries, glue googly eyes onto the center of the handprints and use a white gel pen to draw a delicate hanging web line from the top of the page.
