Cut a pool noodle to your desired leg length, then cut a smaller segment for the foot. Slice the end of the foot segment at an angle and use hot glue to attach it to the leg piece, creating an L-shape. To get that iconic wicked curl, insert a sturdy wire into the toe section and bend it upward sharply. Cover the entire structure in striped tights or paint them with bold orange and black stripes. For the actual boot, wrap the foot section in shiny black vinyl or faux leather fabric, securing it with hot glue.
