Celebrate Halloween’s most iconic (and debated) sweet treat by crafting giant, glowing candy corn markers to line your driveway or front walkway. This colorful DIY project adds instant curb appeal and a cheerful, kid-friendly vibe to your outdoor decorations. Using pool noodles makes them lightweight, weather-resistant, and incredibly easy to store.
For this project, you will need yellow, orange, and white pool noodles. If you cannot find them in these specific colors, you can easily spray paint standard noodles. Cut the noodles into segments and slice them lengthwise at an angle so they taper upward, mimicking the classic triangular shape of candy corn. Glue the yellow, orange, and white segments together in the correct order using low-temp hot glue. Slip the hollow center of the noodles over metal garden stakes or rebar pushed into the ground along your path. For an extra magical touch at night, wrap outdoor fairy lights around the stakes before sliding the noodles over them so they glow from within.
