This craft is incredibly tactile and perfect for toddlers and preschoolers who are still developing their fine motor skills. To begin, have your children paint a toilet paper roll entirely black. Once the paint is dry, they can wrap white yarn, medical gauze, or even strips of toilet paper around the roll, leaving a small gap for the eyes. Secure the ends with a dab of school glue or tape. For the finishing touch, glue two large, mismatched googly eyes peeking out from between the white bandages.
