13. The Grim Reaper
Create a miniature version of the ultimate symbol of Halloween with this creative Grim Reaper craft. Paint the bottom half of a toilet paper roll black. For his skeletal face, paint a small section near the top white. Draw a simple skull face with hollow black eyes and a skeletal jaw using a fine-point black marker. To create his signature hooded cloak, cut a piece of black felt or fabric and drape it over the top of the roll, gluing it down so it shadows his face. You can fashion a tiny scythe out of a toothpick and a piece of silver cardboard, gluing it to the side of the roll to complete his ominous look.
