These sleek and simple black cats are a must-have for any traditional Halloween setup. Begin by folding the top openings of the toilet paper roll inward to create two sharp, triangular cat ears. Paint the entire roll with a rich, glossy black paint. Once dry, cut out a long, curved tail from black cardstock and glue it to the back of the roll so it curls up elegantly.
