Glamorous Glitter and Glue Window Clings
Add a touch of sparkle to your home with glamorous glitter and glue window clings. This DIY project is incredibly fun because it allows you to create custom, reusable decorations that stick directly to your glass surfaces without any adhesive residue. To make these, you will need a bottle of clear school glue, cosmetic-grade glitter in your favorite Halloween shades, a plastic sheet protector, and a printed template of a spider web. Slide the template inside the plastic sheet protector to use as a guide. Mix the glitter directly into the glue bottle, or paint the glue onto the plastic and dust it generously with glitter while wet.
Trace the lines of the web template with a thick, raised bead of the glitter-glue mixture. Allow the glue to dry completely for 24 to 48 hours until it becomes translucent and rubbery. Once dry, carefully peel the web cling off the plastic sheet. It will easily stick to any clean window, mirror, or glass door. When the light shines through the window, these clings sparkle brilliantly, casting colorful, glittering reflections into your home.
