Team Trees: MrBeast and fellow YouTuber Mark Rober joined up in 2019 to introduce the Team Trees program. Planting 20 million trees before the end of the year was the straightforward objective. The campaign took off after it was announced that $1 would plant one tree. With the help of the YouTube community, they not only met but surpassed their goal before the deadline, planting nearly 23 million trees.
Feeding America: MrBeast used his platform to raise money for Feeding America, a nonprofit organization that fights hunger, in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. He raised a significant sum of money to support people impacted by food insecurity with his “Finger on the App” challenge, in which participants had to hold their fingertips on their phone displays for as long as possible.
Sponsoring Small Businesses: MrBeast decided to help small businesses survive the economic hardships caused by the pandemic. He set out on a quest to visit nearby firms, giving thousands of dollars as tips to diligent workers and giving ailing enterprises a much-needed boost.
