Deep within the underbelly of the cyber city lies the Rust & Neon Industrial Hub, a tower where gritty survival meets high-technology. The skyscraper is constructed using heavily textured, weathered materials like Raw Copper, Weathered Cut Copper, Mud Bricks, and Brown Concrete. Contrasting this decayed, rusted frame are blinding ribbons of exposed neon piping built from Lime Concrete, Pearlescent Froglights, and Yellow Stained Glass Panes that zigzag haphazardly along the outer walls. External industrial elevators, exposed dangling chains, and glowing pipe leaks turn this build into a masterpiece of atmospheric, high-detail storytelling.
