11. The Brutalist Concrete Block

The brutalist aesthetic uses harsh angles and raw materials to make a statement.

  • How to make it: Create large, blocky, overlapping rectangular shapes. Use grey concrete. Leave the structure mostly windowless on the cliff-side, but put massive windows facing the vista. The “brutal” nature comes from the sharp edges and lack of decoration.
  • Ingredients: Grey Concrete, Light Grey Concrete, Black Stained Glass, Iron Blocks.
